Directions for Pilates Classes

From Leeds : Follow the directions above for physiotherapy and when you reach the white gates at the Go Karting Centre (black & white flags) take a left into the site past the karting on your right to the end. Turn right here & follow signs for the Starlight Academy/Hot Yoga & turn right again alongside the mill building. Three steps & a white door take you to the Starlight Academy Building. Parking available.

From Otley: Follow the directions above and carry on along Netherfield Road until you see the black and white flags of the Go Karting on your right where you turn in passing the karting. Go to the end & take a right towards Starlight Academy & right again alongside the mill. Three steps lead up to a white door and the Starlight Academy Building.

From Menston: Follow the A65 towards Leeds past Harry Ramsdens (left) & after the Nuffield Health Gym on your right take a left turn on INGS Lane. Go to the end of Ings Lane & turn right onto Netherfield Road. Turn in to the Karting venue going through the white gates & go straight to the end & take another right towards Starlight Academy. Right again brings you to the side of the mill building & three steps lead up to a white door of the S.Academy.
