PILATES CLASSES AVAILABLE IN GUISELEY

WHAT IS PILATES ?

Taught as an exercise form in groups ( maximum number of 12 ) or on a one to one. Pilates targets the core and works on the inclusion of the upper and lower limbs. It features core strengthening aswell as postural and balance training, relaxation, flexibility and co-ordination.
